# I'm nervous about my home loan falling through.

## It's completely natural to feel nervous about your loan application, let's break down the process.

Buying a home is going to be one of the biggest financial transactions of your life, so its completely natural to feel nervous. 

Rest assured, if we have submitted your loan application to the bank we are very confident of the bank approving your loan. We have completed a comprehensive review of your:

- Credit check
- Bank statement review
- Double checking the banks current credit criteria
- Completing a borrowing capacity
- Analysing your payslips

If we thought it wasn't likely the bank was going to approve your loan we would let you know up front, we do not just submit applications to the bank for the sake of it.

- In the past 12 months we have helped 639 home buyers, and of these we have only had 8 loans declined, this is 1.20%. The industry average is over 40%.
- The reason is that we believe slow is fast, you get one chance to make a good impression with the banks, we don’t believe in hitting you with unnecessary credit checks so take additional time up front to confirm you meet the banks full criteria.
