After the bank has received, assessed and approved your home loan application, they will issue loan contracts which we will call you to organise signing them.
The loan contracts include:- Letter of Offer - Contains the details of your home loan and should be read carefully.
- Mortgage document - A document that will be lodged by ANZ to your State or Territory as part of registering your mortgage
- Witness acknowledgement - This needs to be completed by an independent witness to confirm your identity
- Direct loan payment form - Complete this form if you wish to set up a recurring payment to your new home loan
Signing your home loan documents
After your Home Loan is approved we will receive the loan contracts and get in touch with you to arrange the signing of these.
We have JP's at our office and can help with witnessing the documents.
